Tony Bellew Predicts Quick and Brutal End for Daniel Dubois Against Anthony Joshua
Tony Bellew, former cruiserweight world champion, has shared his prediction for a potential clash between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois.
Dubois recently claimed the interim IBF heavyweight title with a victory over Filip Hrgovic, positioning himself as the next in line for a shot at the IBF strap.
Meanwhile, Joshua has been on a four-fight win streak since losing his belts to Oleksandr Usyk and is eager to reclaim a world championship.
If the IBF title becomes available for September, the British heavyweights are expected to meet at Wembley Stadium.
Bellew, looking ahead to the potential clash, believes it will end quickly and brutally if Dubois faces Joshua next.
In an interview with IFL TV, Bellew stated, “If he fights AJ next, it ends quickly and brutally. Purely based on the fact that, let’s just put two and two together here. He took 56 clean right hands in the first four rounds.
You’ll get away with one or two against AJ, and then you know what happens? Then you go to sleep.”
