Throughout his illustrious boxing career, Mike Tyson became synonymous with his iconic all-black fight kit.

Consisting of black shorts and black shoes. From his early days as the youngest world heavyweight champion at just 20 years old to his legendary bouts against the likes of Frank Bruno, Evander Holyfield, and Lennox Lewis, Tyson’s menacing presence in the ring was accentuated by his sleek, all-black attire.

In an episode of Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson, the former world champion revealed the reasoning behind his choice of attire.
